I partner with Product, Design, and Engineering from technical planning through launch and production support, while mentoring engineers and raising shared standards through design and code reviews.I’m most useful where product ambiguity and technical complexity meet—turning goals into an architecture, aligning people around it, and remaining hands-on through implementation, observability, rollout, and iteration.Outside my full-time work, I build RunMark independently. As Founder and Lead Engineer, I own its interface, backend services, database, infrastructure, and the product decisions that connect them.
